Bartlett Foundation
Middle School Vocal Program (Grades 7-9)
AWARDS:
Multiple awards of $500 each are given annually
ELIGIBLE
STUDENTS:
Vocalists who attend Berks County Schools
and reside in Berks County
Peter J. Brye Summer
Music Program (Grades 7-11) - Cello & Harp
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Cellists or harpists who are in grades 7-11, attend
Berks County Schools and reside in
Berks County
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
Camp program will feature any combination of orchestra or
chamber ensembles for cello or harp

Summer Camp Program
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Vocalists in grades 7-11 who attend Berks
County Schools and reside in
Berks County
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
Camp program will feature any combination of
vocal music (classical,
semi-classical or applied to music theater)
James E. Fegley Summer
Camp Orchestral String Music Program (Grades 7-11)
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Orchestral string instrumentalists in grades
7-11 who attend Berks County Schools and reside in
Berks County
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
Camp program will feature any combination of
orchestra, string ensemble, chamber
music or jazz ensemble
Music Educators of Berks
County Summer Music Camp Program (Grades 7-11)
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Instrumentalists and vocalists who have
participated in any MEBC Junior or Senior High Festival and
are in grades 7-11
Must attend Berks County Schools and reside in
Berks County
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
Participants of last year’s Festival will be
preferred over applicants whose participation was limited to
past years.
Camp program will feature any combination of orchestra,
symphonic or concert band, jazz, ensemble and chamber music.
Applicants to such programs will be preferred over those in
programs devoted primarily to marching band instruction.
Camp Operation Replay
(Grades 7-11) - Awards for Operation Replay Instrument
Recipients
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Instrumentalists in grades 7-11 who have
received an instrument through Operation Replay
Must attend Berks County Schools and reside in
Berks County
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
This scholarship is funded through Operation
Replay, a program of Sovereign Bank and
administered by RMF
Camp program will feature any combination of orchestra,
symphonic or concert band, jazz, ensemble and chamber music.
Applicants to such programs will be preferred over those in
programs devoted primarily to marching band instruction.
Willis M. Rapp Summer
Camp Music Program (Grades 7-9) - Percussion Award
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Percussionists in grades 7-9, attend Berks
County Schools and reside in
Berks County

solo or concert ensemble for

Fund (Grades 7-9)
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Pianists in grades 7-9 and attend Berks
County Schools and reside in

INFORMATION:
Camp program will feature any combination of

Productions, Inc. Drum Major Summer Camp Program
ELIGIBLE
STUDENTS:
This
program rotates through the County’s area high schools
alphabetically. The high school band director is asked to
nominate his or her drum major to attend the George N. Parks
Drum Major Academy at West Chester University.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
For 2008
the program will be offered to: Fleetwood, Governor Mifflin,
Hamburg and Kutztown.
Students DO NOT apply for this award - is is granted solely
on your high school band director's recommendation
Work Family Woodwind Fund
(Grades 7-11)
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Woodwind instrumentalists in grades 7-11 who
attend Berks County Schools and reside in
Berks County
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
Camp program will feature any combination of
orchestra, symphonic or concert band, wind or jazz
ensemble and chamber music. Applicants to such programs
will be preferred over students enrolled in programs that
are devoted primarily to marching band instruction.
Wyomissing Foundation
Brass Summer Music Camp Scholarship (Grades 7-9)
ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:
Brass musicians in grades 7-9 who attend
Berks County Schools and reside in
Berks County

Camp program will feature any combination of
orchestra, symphonic/concert band, brass or jazz
